1. Move

The spine loves to move, take regular breaks from sitting and get up and walk

Staying hydrated by drinking 6-8 gasses of water a day to maintain the health of fluid filled intervertebral discs

3. Stand Tall

Posture is essential for spine health. Try lifting your chest as you walk. In yoga they call this ‘lifting the heart’.

4. Stomach

A strong core will help protect your spine.  Work your abdominal muscles or try core classes like Pilates
